Head of Marketing

Greys Specialist Recruitment is supporting a well-established hospitality and training organisation in Leamington Spa to appoint a Head of Marketing. This is a hands-on leadership role owning marketing across two brands, with direct responsibility for generating enquiries and driving commercial performance.

The Role

You will take full ownership of the marketing function, leading both strategy and delivery. This is not a purely strategic role — you will be expected to execute as well as plan, ensuring marketing activity directly contributes to enquiries, bookings, and revenue.

You will also manage one direct report and act as the central marketing lead across the business, working closely with senior leadership, sales, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the marketing strategy across both brands
Drive lead generation and enquiry growth through integrated campaigns
Manage the company website, ensuring it is optimised for traffic and conversion
Deliver campaigns across digital, email, social, PR, events, and offline channels
Monitor and report on performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
Manage marketing budget in partnership with senior leadership
Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
Lead and develop one direct report
Manage external agencies and suppliers where required

About You

Experienced in a senior marketing role with both strategy and hands-on delivery
Strong background in digital marketing and lead generation
Comfortable owning website performance and optimisation
Commercially minded, with a focus on measurable results
Confident working with sales and senior stakeholders
Able to operate effectively in a small, fast-moving team
